History of the BIP
The 2015 Edition of the Arkansas Basin Implementation Plan serves as a tool for Roundtable members to help educate their various constituents, particularly policy makers. The plan includes three perspectives:
- The elements of the plan are organized according to the Colorado Water Conservation Board directive.
- The plan highlights the future challenges faced by the various types of water usage in the basin.
- A description of the Needs, Solution, and Plan of Action approach along with a summary of all Planned and Ongoing Projects to meet the needs of the basin are included in the plan.
